SPEEDBOOSTWP / TERMS OF USE
Terms of Use
Use the tools thoughtfully, and keep estimates in context.
Using the planners
The six tools are offered for personal planning and informational use without a required account. Use them only with information you are entitled to enter. Do not enter another person’s confidential data or credentials, and do not use the website to disrupt service, attempt unauthorised access or misrepresent a result as an official measurement.
Your inputs and responsibility
You are responsible for the values, assumptions and notes you provide. Results depend on those inputs and on the stated rules. Review units and counts, keep a copy if needed, and decide whether the resulting plan is suitable for your site before acting on it. Blank optional fields are not filled with guessed facts.
Estimates are not measurements
The website does not test a live page, inspect WordPress settings, diagnose a specific plugin or promise a performance gain. The load estimator is a simplified model, not a Core Web Vitals assessment. A suggested review priority is not evidence that a fault exists. No search-ranking, revenue, compatibility or uptime outcome is guaranteed.
Changes to your WordPress site
The public planners do not install software or change settings. If you act on a plan, do so with appropriate authority, a usable backup, staging and a rollback route. Verify important visitor flows after each change. Follow your host’s and software providers’ instructions where they differ from a general planning suggestion.
Exports and fair use
You may keep, print and share your own generated plans, including with an authorised maintainer. Do not remove context in a way that turns an estimate into a claimed measurement, falsely imply endorsement, or represent these tools as a professional audit of a site they have not inspected. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
Availability and limits
Tools and content may be corrected, changed or withdrawn. They are supplied without a promise that they are error-free or suitable for every installation. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for loss caused by reliance on an estimate, implementation choices, service interruption or third-party software. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that the law does not permit to be excluded.
Contact and related notices
Read the Privacy Policy, Cookie Notice and Disclaimer alongside these terms. Use the Contact page to report unclear content, a suspected error or an accessibility issue. These terms do not create a technical support contract or promise a response time.
