Useful feedback starts with context
Use this page for a broken planner, an unclear calculation, a content correction, a privacy question or an accessibility barrier. This is not a WordPress maintenance service, and no one needs access to your admin account to review a report about these tools.
Public contact address
Send only the non-sensitive details needed to understand your question. Email uses your own mail provider; planner entries are not automatically attached.
What to include
- The planner or page title and the step where the issue occurred.
- Your browser and device type, and whether keyboard or assistive technology was in use.
- A small, non-sensitive example of the inputs and the output you expected.
- For a calculation question, the assumptions and units shown in the result.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, API keys, admin links containing tokens, payment details, private customer information or a full website database. Replace site names with a neutral label where possible. A local text export can help explain a problem, but review it for sensitive details before sharing.
No hidden contact form
This plugin has no server-side contact inbox. A configured email link opens your own mail application; sending a message then uses your email provider, not the planner. Browser entries are not automatically attached to a message. Do not expect an acknowledgement or a response deadline unless the operator separately offers one.
Accessibility and privacy reports
For accessibility reports, describe the barrier and the format that would work better for you. For privacy questions, identify whether your concern is about local planner inputs, an email you sent, or a page request recorded by the host. Those are different data flows.
