About
A clear plan before a single setting changes.
A planning desk, not a performance service
WordPress speed work often begins with scattered observations: large images, an expanding plugin list, a cache setting nobody owns, or a page that feels heavy on a phone. SpeedBoostWP turns those observations into a structured next step. You supply the information. The tools arrange it or perform clearly explained arithmetic.
What the six tools help you do
- Build an ordered review checklist for a page type and focus.
- Compare current and target image-weight budgets.
- Organise a plugin inventory without judging plugins by name.
- Think through cache layers, freshness and exclusions.
- Explore a simplified page-load scenario from entered assumptions.
- Fit review tasks into a weekly time budget.
Our operating boundaries
Every planner is free and requires no account. The plugin does not request WordPress credentials, crawl your site, install changes, query a performance service, or save planner inputs to a site database. Calculations run in the current browser page. There are no sponsored rankings or product recommendations built into the results.
The website itself is served by WordPress and its host. Page requests, server logs and other installed services are separate from planner inputs; the Privacy Policy explains that distinction.
A careful improvement workflow
Use a recent backup and a staging copy. Record a baseline using your own measurement method, change one thing at a time, check important journeys such as forms and checkout, and keep a rollback route. A checklist is a way to organise work—not evidence that a particular setting or plugin is wrong.
Why the method is visible
A tidy number can look more certain than it is. Each tool therefore explains what it calculates, which assumptions it uses, and what it cannot establish. No result is presented as a measured speed score or a guarantee of improvement.
